Access to web site, programs and database - Hacking.
You are pemitted to access information shown on your organisation's web pages within our web site for the purpose of adding or removing information and photos, changing your organisation's level of subscription, changing your own personal details,
or modifying the presentation appearance of your organisation's information on our web site.
Access to the various functionality of the web site shall be controlled by the issuance of a "user ID" (or your own email address) and a "Password".
You shall not permit any unauthorised person to obtain your password or user ID.
No member of your organisation (or any other person) shall attempt to gain access to or modify the content of our web site, its programs, codes or databases other than via the normal Club Administration pages provided for use of members of your organisation.
Should you or any member of your organisation, or any other person, gain access to such unauthorised information, you and they are required to immediately cease and desist, and to inform us immediately and fully, via email on admin@synagen.net, of the cirmstances and results of such transgretion.
Failure to do so will result in your classification as a "hacker".
Any person who is found to have accessed areas of the web site, its database and various systems without proper authorisation, or has been found to be attempting to do so, shall be considered a "hacker".
Any person found to be a "hacker" shall result in severe civil and criminal prosecution under state, federal and international law, which may result in substantial monetary compensation and/or prison.
What is deemed "hacking" shall not be limited to that described in these Terms and Conditions, but shall be defined and constrained by relevant state, federal and international laws.
Cancelling Membership to www.theClubWebsite.com - By Us
We reserve the right to cancel any individual membership at any time if we consider the Terms and Conditions have been breached.
Cancelling Membership to www.theClubWebsite.com - By You
Personal membership to theclubwebsite can be cancelled by firstly logging in using your email address and password (as issued by us), and then sending us a message confirming your request to cancel, by way of the "Contact Us" page of our web site,
or by sending an email from the email address recorded on your TheClubWebsite membership account.
Cancelling Subscription - By you
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging onto your Paypal account (see see www.paypal.com) locating the subscription and cancelling it.
Cancelling Subscription - By Us
We reserve the right to cancel any Subscription at any time if we consider the Terms and Conditions have been breached. We will email you if your Subscription has been cancelled. Unused (i.e. pro-rata) Subscription payments are not refundable.
This would normally be because we consider the image to be offensive or illegal, or that it links to a web site we consider to be offensive or illegal.
If we determine that the amount charged has been tampered with, and is not the correct amount, as shown on the Subscription page, then we will cancel the Subscription immediately.
Cancelling Subscription - Procedure
Due to the nature of the payment processing facility (PayPal), we are not able to cancel charges against your credit card or bank account. It will be
up to you to log onto your Paypal account and cancel the subscription.
Unsuitable material
As this web site is for use by the general public, you and any past or present member of your organisation, or other associated persons, shall not upload into our web site, to your organisation's web pages within our web site,
to any member's personal information, or to any other part of our web site
any text, photos, audio clips or documents that are generally considered in Western societies to be pornographic, racist or in any other way illegal or particularly offensive.
We reserve the right to decide what constitutes "offensive" and will immediately takes steps to remove offensive material as quickly as possible. On such occasion we will give one email warning to the person and organisation oploading such material.
Any further transgression will result in the immediate cancelling of their personal membership to TheClubWebsite and, where the person is deemed by us to be the manager or administrator of an organiation being promoted by this web site, then
that organisation's membership shall also be cancelled, with no compensation for membership payments made to date, or information uploaded and subsequently lost or disabled.

The trademarks, service marks and logos of Synagen Systems Ltd, and others used in any associated web site or document
("Trademarks") are the
property of Synagen Systems Ltd and their respective owners. You have no right to use any such Trademarks, and
nothing

14. Indemnity of Access.
