- What do you provide?
We provide your organisation with a complete web site, with your own content-management facility, financial transaction processing and reporting, membership management, events management and complete accounting system (depending on level of membership).
Also, we provide continual support, system upgrades, program improvements and extra facilities - all included in the annual membership fee.
- How much does it cost?
The cost is a monthly or annual fee that depends on the size of your organisation and the facilities you want to pay for - but could be as little as $20/year.
When you start the registration process, the list of registration fees will be shown.
- What extra costs are there?
None. Everything is included in your annual or monthly memberhsip fee.
- What is my commitment?
You pay either a monthly or annual fee. There is no further committment. You can cancel your club's membership at any time by simply going to Paypal and cancelling your subscription.
- Why do I have to set up a subscription if the first month is free?
This is to ensure you are a genuine club owner. It helps to keep out scammers and those who are just looking for a way to get free advertising. Your club will not be visible to other users until you have completed the Paypal subscription setup process.
You can always cancel that subscription at any time, and you have 1 full month to cancel before the first payment is due.
- How safe is my information?
All data is password protected. We use up-to-date security features to ensure your data is protected to the best possibility.
- How safe are my credit card details?
Completely. We do not store your credit card details at all. All credit card handling is strictly between you and Paypal.
- How do I change the information on the web site?
We provide administration facilities for you to change the content of each of your club's web pages, and to select the web page style and colours. You can also change the menu labels and select who can see what menu options and who can access what programs.
- Does the web site belong to me?
No. The contents of the web site - photos, text, documents, names and details of members, all belongs to you, but the structure of the web site belongs to us.
You are only renting the "premises" to run your business out of.
- Can I own the web site outright?
Yes. You can buy a copy of our software to run on your own server and tailor it as much as you want. This is subject to strict copyright agreements.
Also, once you start modifying the code yourself, you break any warranties.
- What currency can we use ?
Your club can accept membership subscriptions and event payments in 1 of about 20 currencies. So, whatever currencies are accepted by Paypal can be used with our website.
